Colette (Gagnon) Wasson, MBA - Cofounder and CEO
Colette Wasson is a experienced business executive and global strategist with more than 25 years of experience in leading business strategy, digital transformation and organizational change. As the CEO and cofounder of Business Bridge Inc., she specializes in delivering strategic business advisory and leadership services to help organizations align business goals with innovation, drawing on her unique background that combines a Bachelor in Science (Computer Science) with a Masters of Business Administration.
Before resuming her advisory services with Business Bridge in the Fall of 2025, Colette spent over seven years as CEO of The Learning Bar (TLB), a global EdTech company operating in four countries (Canada, Australia, US and India), with 60 staff and consultants. At TLB, she cultivated a purpose-driven culture focused on student success, led the development of global strategy, and fostered values-centered leadership. Colette is dedicated to the development of people and talent, while consistently focusing on client needs. She excels at coordinating teams across varied regions and functions. She promoted teamwork and collaboration across the global organization, uniting everyone around shared strategic goals to support ongoing growth and provide greater value to global clients.
Colette is also recognized for her commitment to innovation. She collaborated closely with the leadership team to spearhead and direct the development of the data strategy, responsible AI implementation, and broad data and AI governance policies. She ensured that all staff received training on properly managing data and responsible usage of AI, while safeguarding sensitive student data and confidential information, and facilitated a thorough understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity regulations across every jurisdiction where TLB operates.
Prior to her time at TLB, as a Management Consultant with Business Bridge, Colette managed strategic healthcare programs for the New Brunswick Department of Health. This included managing the Integration of Primary Healthcare Services under one umbrella and leading other major initiatives like the Family Medicine program and the New Brunswick Drug Plan.
Her consulting experience includes senior management roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Ottawa) and EDS Canada (Fredericton), where she managed large-scale programs.
A fluently bilingual leader, Colette is also a passionate advocate for diversity in business, STEM, and technology. She is the recipient of the ITAC IT Hero Award, co-founder of “Women in IT” in Fredericton, and an active mentor supporting community organizations and the next generation of leaders.
Brad Wasson, MSc - Cofounder and Partner
Brad is a cofounder of Business Bridge and is the Chief Operating Officer for NeuroAI Inc a AI-based startup created in 2023 focused on providing products and services for caregivers of children with Autism and support systems for public and private-sector clinics.
Brad was recently an Executive Partner with Gartner, a global company that delivers actionable, objective insight to executives and their teams. Gartner's expert guidance and tools enable faster, smarter decisions and stronger performance on an organization’s mission-critical priorities.
Prior to Gartner Brad was the CTO for NeuroAI Inc, responsible for all aspects of the digital solutions in development for the future customers and markets of the startup working in the domain of neurodiversity. NeuroAI's market solutions leverage large language models, agentic AI, and other technologies to help facilitate the care and management of ASD.
Brad was the Chief Digital Innovation Officer at NB Power for over four years, and was responsible for the IT organization and an innovation team focused on leveraging emerging technologies, innovation processes, enterprise architecture, data science, and digital platforms. Prior to this role Brad was a Director of NB Power's smart grid program and also the Director of Product Development.
Brad also worked with Fujitsu Consulting, where he was the IT Service Management Service Lead for their Ontario-Atlantic geography, and worked for Hewlett-Packard on ITSM consulting and as one of HP Consulting’s global knowledge managers, earning a global award of recognition for his work.
Brad has done extensive public speaking on utility business transformation, IT service management, knowledge and value management, and career development. He has also conducted workshops on digital innovation and has written white papers on various aspects of digital transformation, service management and value management.
